Our Pricing

Our Pricing
We operate on a fixed monthly fee basis, agreed in advance and paid by Direct Debit, so there are no surprise bills.

Our fees reflect the responsibility we take on, the complexity and risk of your affairs, and the quality of information provided, not simply the number of forms submitted.

Bookkeeping and payroll are always priced separately.

All fees are subject to VAT.

Cloud Accounting Services

We provide cloud accounting services tailored to your business’s specific needs.

Because cloud accounting can range from light-touch review work through to fully outsourced bookkeeping, it isn’t practical, or appropriate, to offer a fixed menu of services and costs.

Instead, services are scoped based on volume, complexity, frequency, and level of support required.

How We Can Support You

This flexible approach ensures you only pay for the level of support you actually need.

Set-Up & Onboarding

In some cases, upfront set-up work is required to implement or transition to cloud accounting systems.

This may include software configuration, data migration, chart of accounts set-up, or process design.

Set-up work is typically charged on an hourly basis.

We will aim to provide a clear indication of expected time and cost in advance and will keep you informed if the level of work required changes at the earliest opportunity.

Software & Subscriptions

We work with Xero cloud accounting software.

Where appropriate, our packages can include software subscription costs, which may help reduce the overall cost compared to purchasing subscriptions independently.

Bookkeeping & Payroll

Bookkeeping, VAT returns, and payroll services are always quoted separately and priced based on:

  • Transaction volumes
  • Frequency of work
  • Number of employees
  • Software used
  • Quality and organisation of source data

This ensures clients only pay for the level of ongoing support they actually require.

Company Formation & Set-Up

From £300 + VAT

Company formation and initial set-up work is treated as a one-off project and is priced separately from ongoing monthly accounting fees.

Typically includes:
Assumptions:

Fees start from £300 + VAT and increase where additional complexity, urgency, or non-standard structures are involved.

Any additional costs will always be agreed in advance.

Company Secretarial Services

From £150 + VAT

Company secretarial services are project-based and are not included within ongoing monthly accounting fees.

These services involve statutory responsibility and are priced separately depending on the nature of the work required.

More complex matters, such as ownership restructures or changes to share classes, are reviewed and quoted separately.

Fees start from £150 + VAT and increase depending on complexity, urgency, and level of professional judgement required.

Examples include:
What’s Not Included:

Unless agreed separately, our fees do not include:
